About and how it works
About BromleyHomePlumbing
One call to us, and one of our local plumbers takes it from there. No ringing round, no waiting for call-backs.
Who does the work
Our plumbers are trusted, independent local tradespeople, each with more than 10 years in the trade. Between them they've carried out every type of work on this site, from small repairs to full bathroom refits, in homes across the borough. You'll deal with the same plumber from quote to finish.
How it works
- You get in touchCall or send the form with a photo if you can.
- Your plumber contacts youTo ask questions, quote from photos or arrange a visit.
- Written quoteA price range and what's included. No obligation.
- Job doneHome protected, work tested, mess cleared.
Clear, honest pricing
- Price range quotes. Some things, like pipes behind a wall, can't be seen until work starts.
- Call-out fee £70, refunded if you go ahead with the work. This covers standard quotes. Emergencies are priced on the situation, and you're told before we start.
- Free quotes from photos for many small jobs. They cover only what's visible in your photos and description. If other problems turn up on the day, you're told before any extra work.
- No surprises. If the cost might go above your range, you're asked first.
- Honest advice. If a repair will do, you won't be sold a replacement.
